Do I need an account? No. There is nothing to sign up for; every feature works right after install.
Does it work offline? Yes. Places, photos and descriptions are bundled with the app. Only the map tiles need an internet connection.
Where are my saved places and my plan? On your phone only. They are kept on the device and are never uploaded. Deleting the app deletes them.
How do I change the language? Tap the translate icon on the home screen, or open More → Language. English, Kurdish (Badini) and Arabic are available.
A place, price or opening time is wrong. Email us the name of the venue and what should change; we update the guide with each release.
Something is not working. Email us with your phone model, iOS version and a short description.
